This is what you call an ugly house! Needs a flip!

This is an ugly house in an low-income community. Personally I think you could make a bigger profit if you bulldoze it down and rebuild a new house. Houses in that area sell for 135,000.

But if you would like to just flip the house repairs cost are 20,000 to 25,000 with an ARV of 80,000
