Due to the fast approaching Holiday season, I have decided to postpone the "Wholesale Immersion" course until early 2016. Instead, I will be offering a 90 minute "Introduction to Successful Wholesaling" class. A few topics we will be covering include: how to find properties in a sellers market, how to find cash buyers and how to structure the deal to close with the most profit. This class will be FREE (Merry Christmas!) so bring your buyers, clients or anyone interested in learning more about the wholesaling business.
