Investor Friendly Agent / Broker Network
Time to time I see posters asking for a investor friendly agent looking to invest in a certain region. Sometimes I have local clients looking to relocate to other states and I much rather refer them to agents within the Bigger Pockets network than some random agent in that particular area. I thought It would be a great idea to start a network group of investment brokers and agents on Bigger Pockets. I can recommend a couple of Investment friendly agents on Bigger Pockets whom I would use if I was investing in their cities.
Agent Area:
Dawn Brenengen Raleigh, North Carolina
Rhett Tullis Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Rocky V. Arlington, Texas
William Robison Kansas City, MO
If you are an investment friendly agent on Bigger Pockets, please introduce yourself:
Region that you cover for investments
Asset Class Specialty: Single Family Homes, Multi-Family, Office, Industrial, Retail, Triple Net etc.
Your Investment Strategy: Buy and Hold, Wholesale, Rehab, Flip etc.

@James Park I posted about this very thing not too long ago. I think this is a great approach to it. I do recommend the use of the Real Referrals app to help with the process of referrals. Referrals are a great way to make some supplemental income, but the process has always been dicey. Real Referrals allows the referrals to take place in a structured way so both agents get closure on the referral (and paid if the referral leads to a closing).
I work the Alliance Corridor in Fort Worth Texas with investors who are looking to flip, buy and hold or both.
I have to give a shout out to @Rocky V. Great guy for those Arlington deals!
