We are a growing real estate investment company. We help our clients realize their goals of owning cash flowing properties. This is accomplished through excellent acquisition, high touch project management and focused property management. We have had explosive growth as a company. This is due to a process of us adding value for everyone we touch. 

It's time to add you to the team. But the secret sauce is you have to have some skills and values that line up with our own. 

- Number one and main job is to find, assess, evaluate, and put buy and hold properties under contract

- Agent or Broker Licensed in MO/KS
- Must have experience working/writing contracts
- Part time/small time investor is a plus or at least experience working with investors . . . must be able to view and assess a property for ARV, and basic skills (that we will train you on) of evaluating the construction needs of a deal

- Base salary and then compensated based on production and deals . . . looking to put at least 4-6 properties under contract each month. Base salary , bonus and commission. Six-figure earning potential.
