Dallas TX Wholesaler Wanted

I am looking to find a true wholesaler.  I am a no nonsense buyer.  If the numbers work, we can do the deal and do it quickly All Cash!  I do not want to work with anyone from the large companies (no names)  There is no money to be made in those deals and the numbers are inflated.
