Hello BP Members, my apologies for posting a portfolio in the SFR. The multiple property posting info drop boxes are malfunctioning, and I wanted to get this up.

Attention Houston, TX  Investors: Off-Market Wholesale deal available on 18 Rental Properties in the 77026 zip code. All but 3 are rented. 10% Cap Rate

ARV- $1,094,760

Current Portfolio Value: $823,800

Asking Price: $550,000
