DFW New Investor Seeking Mentorships and/or Partnerships

Hello everyone,

My name is Mark and I've been registered as a BP Pro member for about a 2 months now but this is my first post.  I've immersed myself in RE education over the last year and have recently acquired my first commercial property - it was exciting to see my first rent check come in and now I'm addicted!  I live in the DFW metroplex and am seeking either a mentorship or partnership so I can learn first hand how to acquire and flip houses.  I had a foreclosure list fall in my lap and need help quickly on next steps.  Would love to work with someone to evaluate and acquire a property to rehab & flip (BURR strategy? sp?).

Hope to network soon with someone.

Thanks

-mark
