Looking for realtor in Oceanside CA

Hey everyone, my company Redwood Investments, is looking for a realtor to represent us in Oceanside, CA. 

My company's primary focus is in fixing and flipping, and we've been operating in the Orange County market for the last few years. The company is growing, and we're starting to expand our geographical area. 

We're looking for a realtor to represent us in Oceanside CA and we would love to work with a realtor who has

- good understanding of our needs as fixers and flippers

- tech savvy and able to use docusign.

- good understanding of the retail buyer market as well.
