Hello BP community. I hope all is well. I need 1 br/studio apartment complexes. 6-8-10 units. Brick buildings that require minimum rehab 15-20k. Must be a city block away from schools, parks, and daycare centers. I will pay cash. I want to spend 60-70 cents on the dollar. Complex can be in Chicago or any surrounding suburbs.
