We are wholesalers/investors based in the Washington, DC/Maryland/Virginia and Baltimore areas and we'd like to work with established investor(s) in the area to launch a direct marketing campaign.

Our proposal is for you to pay the costs relating to funding the campaign (initial list of leads, yellow letters/postcards, shipping, etc.), while we will manage the communication, visits, and negotiation of the leads generated by the campaign.

We propose providing you with a "first right of refusal" for all contracts generated from the campaign.
