Buyer is looking for 200 units in Chicago and Chicagoland, preferably one bldg but can be spread to a group of only a few bldgs with the possibility of onsite mgmt. Units cannot be scattered around. Any ideas or any leads, please PM me as buyer is ready and looking to buy ASAP!!
