I am wholesaling a 2br. home located in Springfield (45504). It is a fixer-upper. Has over 1,200 sq. ft. Has hardwood floors. Needs a new furnace, and hot water tank. Needs about 10k in repairs. Appraised at 30k. I am asking only 10k cash. Let me know if you're interested.
