I'm an investor in Denver, CO. If you haven't noticed, the market's really hot here. Not the greatest time to buy in Denver. That being said, my partners and I are looking for co-investors to acquire some deals in Milwaukee, WI. We have a low cost handyman/construction operation, a professional and experienced property management team and a cautious eye for deals and experience in the area.

Why Milwaukee?

- Very low cost properties in a stable/growing market

- High cash flow prospects

- Low cost labor and goods

Send me a message if you want to discuss.

Thx

Erik
