Hello everyone,

Today is 10/6/15, and within the next 30 days Ill have some money ( closing on personal residence) to put to work. I've flipped 2 properties in the last 10 months and I'm looking for more flips. But, with the market  tightening I am also considering lending on the right deal(s). if you are interested, I'd be willing to discuss.
