Hi all, 

I'm an investor from San Diego seeking partnership with Chicago (and greater Illinois) area investors.  I'll be implementing a direct mail campaign and need a physical presence to meet with sellers, coordinate contracts, and perform general acquisition manager duties as I identify motivated leads. 

The ideal partners will be experienced speaking with sellers and have an established network including a reputable title company.  

Top marketing areas include neighborhoods in/around Chicago, East Saint Louis, Granite City, Rockford, Alton, Lansing
