Wholesale Properties In Hawaii

Hey All,

I am a new wholesaler in Hawaii and have put a ton of marketing efforts out there. I am gaining traction. I'm looking to build a solid list of cash buyers that I will work with time and time again if the transactions run smoothly. I don't want to just build a huge list, and not learn anything about what you want.

If you're interested in the Hawaii (Oahu) market, and have available funds, contact me.

Shoot me an e-mail containing the following:

1) price range

2) what areas in Oahu you prefer

3) what types of properties you prefer (townhouses, condos, SFH's)

4) What are your goals? Fix and flip? Buy and hold?

Anytime I have a property, I will offer them to you first before posting them here, on Craigslist, on social media, and on my websites.

I deal with fee simple properties, and if you are familiar with the Hawaii market, you know what that is. There's a lot of money to be made in Hawaii. Often one deal here is equal to a few in many other places.

Thanks for looking!
