Florida coast for fourplex!

I am looking for a four plex or possibly two of them or one and couple of duplexes and ect.

I want to be close to the ocean.  Can start at Stuart and go down toward Miami but not interested in Miami.   Also can consider coast on West side from Hernando  on down.

Can consider if larger complex.

Location is utmost and then rental history.   Will consider larger complex up to 1mil and one needing remodeling if all else is great?
