Hey Guys just reaching out to see if anyone has any leads, or off market properties, with the following criteria in Ohio.

• B to C+ Location

• 9-10% Cap Rate

• 51+ Units, would consider 30+ units for B location

• Potential Value Add opportunities, not a major rehab
