Looking for Private Money Lenders

Hi my name is Jannelle:

I have a SFR property located in Connecticut and currently under contract. I am looking for private money investors, who can lend up to 75% - 80% LTV @ 7-10% interest for 6 months - 1 year. The loan shall be backed with a promissory note and 1st lien on the mortgage.

The project is estimated at around $265K (purchase & rehab) with an ARV of $350K.
