Looking For An Investor To Finish Flip

    I have a home I am flipping and need an investor to finish the project. I am looking for $20,000 secured by a 2nd lien on the home. The roi would be a set % and is negotiable. The first lien on the home is through a hard money lender for $96,000, I already have the house under contract for $186,000 and $5,000 in escrow with a closing date of September 30th. The first GC I had on the job went way over the time schedule and the budget, so I have brought in another GC to finish with an estimated time of 2-3 weeks to finish. I just need someone to back the rest of the project. I am willing to send copies of the first lien and the contract for sale to anyone who is serious. If you are interested please send me a PM.
