If you  are looking for a grand slam on properties under contract, please have the ability to extend it for for the end buyers due diligence requirements (7-10 days).  If the purchase price is under $600K,  I have the legitimate intent and ability to make offers on any 3/1.5 or better across the country.  Any tapes,  if I have seen them I will not hesitate to inform you that it is in the public domain,  rendering any obligation betwist me and thee void.

Further, wholesalers, fix and resellers, am willing to look at as many properties you think about doing or have.  Never hurts to have someone look at what has yet to become yours.

BTW.  I have gotten to the point and able to mean it:  I have what I say, can deliver what I say I can deliver, and look for the same.  Too focused to be humble.

Word to the wise; no one in REI investing is humble.

If they over $600K, or looking for over $600K,  I have no problem executing your NCND, as long as you will execute my one page NCND.  Mine is designed were I can sue myself. Yours?
