Am direct with owner on this vacant lot. 2.47 acres in high end golf community of Suwanee, River Club.

Owner bought the property for his personal house but decided to build elsewhere. He has asked for me to garner offers. He's very willing to negotiate and has no set price. Smaller lots have sold for 180-250K.
