Does anyone want to invest in Land in California???

I am currently marketing for distressed landowners who would like to sell their land for cheap. When I buy these lands from owners I plan on selling them to investors at a wholesale price. I am aware that most investors on BP are interested in houses and not land, but would any of you be interested in buying land in California? If so, please contact me so that I could send land deals your way.
