REITrader.com is an online search platform transforming the way in which investors acquire and sell off market real estate investment properties.

We are seeking acquisition agents that will facilitate the sales of wholesale and turnkey properties. Our primary markets include in Birmingham, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Nashville, Chattanooga, Tampa, Jacksonville, Cleveland, Columbus, and Phoenix.

Job Responsibilities:
* Locate viable investors interested in purchasing turnkey properties as long term investments.
* Responsible for identifying, sourcing and recommending properties based upon specific criteria that meet investors criteria.
* The agent will closely coordinate all activities with our office and provide properties to their investors via REITrader.com.
* Oversee the entire real estate transaction from offer to close.
* Provide investor due diligence on contracted properties such as contract review, lease review, rent roll analysis, inspections, etc.
* Must have strong sales skills investment knowledge.
* Familiarity with CRM and financial spreadsheets desirable.
* Although we are in multiple markets, acquisition agents work remotely.
* This is a commission only position with the potential to earn $100K+ yearly.
