Howdy!

Recently got married (3 months ago) and the hubby hates that my rentals are located hours away from us (we live in NYC).  My awesome property manager passed away in an accident a few months ago and the new one is...sub par.  You all know how hard it is to fine good managers.

I'd like to sell the units that I currently hold and instead move things closer to home.  I have two houses with a total of 3 units for sale.  They've been very turnkey for me in the past few years after getting over the learning curve and doing some serious rehab.  I also have one additional rehab property that I haven't started yet in nearby Plymouth, PA.  That house has three total units.  Again, it's a PROJECT that I haven't started yet.

You're potentially looking at three homes with six units, three of which are rental ready. The two unit house has two tenants that we can deliver empty if you'd like but they pay perfectly fine and on time.  The single unit home will be delivered tenant free as I am evicting that tenant this month for having two unauthorized pets that has unfortunately escaped and terrorized the really lovely neighbors.

Happy to provide photos and details of each house.
