    That's correct.  Proof of Funds that you can take down "x" amount of properties.

    @marvin S. Unfortunately, an interested party's name is simply just that. Without a POF and/or Buyer's Bio indicating capability to purchase, I would be doing an injustice to both myself and my seller without pre-qualifying a potential buyer on a sale of this magnitude. On the CA, sure feel free to forward one on.......
