Looking for a SFR in Charlotte/MintHill/Matthews. Here are my criteria...

Price: under $300,000

SF: 1800+

Beds: 3+

Baths: 2+

Location: East of I-77, North of 485 and West of Monroe. Mint Hill is also acceptable.

Wife and I have had bad luck w/ realtors and considering I'm licensed myself (commercial), I am just going to handle it myself.
