Will purchase bulk cash flowing properties within their regions that meet their criteria
Will look at NPN and that have a minimum of $35M in equity, $50M is a sweet spot.

There is a 3rd partner purchasing in 38 markets. Purchasing cash should be in the next 10 days. So, I'll hold on that info, they have been given enough to look at on opening day.
We will look at wholesale properties across the board, can do assignment of contracts, double closings, but keep in mind, asking prices at retail will eventually end up lost or on the MLS. We buy on the MLS, so more interested in the off market properties.
Will do, and in most cases prefer to do our own rehabs to bring the asset up to our rental standards. Bulk packages are welcomed. .... We have been averaging offers on 2500 properties per calendar quarter. Apprx 1800 taken down, conservatively.
