I have been working on 4 portfolios sent to me by 3rd parties in the area of $50M,  

These consist of more than 590 assets.

The problem is the 3rd parties are not presenting accurate information.  This weekend I am manually converting PDF files to Excel sent to me, only to find a lot ARE OUT DATED INFO. I am correcting this before submission to my network and the public.

I am tied at the hip with the 3rd parties and I am bound to cash buyers with providing accurate info.  So there is a barrier between me and the money.  

I really dont care if I make less than all others involved.  Just positioned to set deals up.

The properties in these portfolios are available as package deals or split.

Most of my network has no problem with a double closing or assignment of contracts.

Honestly, doing pre DD,  just need control to effectively present 

Looking for funding to take control of portfolios in REI deals.
