Bank Auction Cash needed 50/50 deal

I'm  looking for a partner to invest in a property. The auction is next week. The house is valued around 200k. I haven't  seen the property in person yet, but I will be going by later today. If this property sales for anything under 100k there will be a potential 100k plus in equity.
