Harvesting will begin September 1, 2015 and continue until the entire plantation is harvested and processed. We work with exporters to market and sell the teak to International buyers. Returns on investments will be delivered on a rolling basis as each hectare is harvested, processed and sold. After the teak has been processed, we will begin the development of a luxury eco resort, golf course and spa. This is where the meat is. ~20% ROI.
