I'm "selling" my recent rehab via a recipe contest!

It's true!

After weeks of legal research and preparations, my dessert recipe contest just went live. The Grand Prize? My most recent rehab, a stately 1906 Craftsman in California's Gold Country. Know of anyone whose desserts bring down the house? Let them know they can WIN my house!

@J. Martin, @Arlen Chou, @Chris Music, @Brian Burke I think you'll all get a kick out of this.

Inspired by the recent essay contest for this Maine B&B and super high DOM in my market. :-D

That's creative.  If you get $1 million for that $400K (or whatever it is) house everyone on BP will be holding dessert contests.  Maybe @Brandon Turner's next book will be a cookbook.

Good luck, be sure to update us on how it turns out!
