I am wholesaling a 2br./1ba. on the West side of Columbus (Franklinton, 43223). Has over 1,000 sq. ft. It is located on S. Princeton Ave. Needs a total rehab. I am asking only 10k cash. Rehabbed homes are going for 50k less than one mile from my home. Please let me know if you're interested.
