I am looking to Partner with someone on a Waterfront Condominium Development Project in Portland Maine.  I've got an option on 6000 Sq Ft, Waterfront Property in a highly desirable location.  I am looking for a Partner who is experienced in this area, someone who can bring some financing to the table, and preferably someone who would like to serve as a Mentor on this particular project.

I'm willing to offer favorable Partnership terms in exchange for guidance and knowledge.
