@Gregory Guillet  I'm sure anyone reading this would want to know exactly what it is you are looking for. What types of investments are you doing? What is your experience? Where are you investing, what types of properties, etc. 

I will tell you from reading many posts on BP, people will not respond to posts asking for money, mentorships, partnerships, etc. unless there are details provided. 

The people that get the best responses are those that have been on BP for a period of time, have answered many questions for others, and shown their experience and value. Therefore; get involved and participate on the forums, and soon you'll have a much bigger network.
