I am wholesaling a multi-unit 4br./4ba, property in the Glenville area in Cleveland (44112). It has 4 1br./1ba. units with almost 1,000 sq. ft. in each unit. It is located on Lakeview Rd. Needs a total rehab. I am asking only 8k cash. Should rent for $400/mo. Please let me know if you're interested.
