Looking for a loan against a free and clear property in Las Vegas

Hi we actually have 2 SFR houses in Las Vegas that are free and clear and we would like to get a loan for one or both of them. Both have been with tenants for a while renting for $950 and $1195. Can you please PM me to start a discussion.
