Baltimore City: Buy-and-Hold AND Fix 'n Flip Deals Available

We have access to a few dozen off-market Baltimore city properties for sale. We're in the process of completing preliminary reconnaissance on all of the properties, and should be done in the next 2-3 days.

Many of these would make excellent cash-flowing rental properties, but also included on our list are several fix and flip deals as well. Inventory is available in most areas of the city. You must purchase at least $200,000 in inventory.

  • Type of property - SFH or rowhouse
  • # of bedrooms
  • Condition
  • Location (neighborhood or zip code)
