"Owner Will Finance" means we have a rehab loan in place and we're looking for a GC/ rehabber that can put the 20% downpayment and pay for the carrying costs (see below). Your total cash needed is about $190K and profit potential of the deal is $250K! See below.
"Owner will JV" means we're looking for a rehabber/ GC who can put down $95K (50% of the cash needed). You do the work, we split all the costs 50-50 and we split the profit 50-50.
