I have an excellent opportunity for a rehabber in Schoolcraft, MI! I am selling 421 E. Pine St, Schoolcraft, MI 49087 for only $75,000 with an After Repair Value of $124,000! And that is conservative as this is a nice neighborhood, the average for this type of home in that area is $129,000. Estimated repair costs are $25,000 in materials, perfect for the contractor who would do the work themselves. This leaves an approximate profit of anywhere between $24,000-29,000! This is a 4br 2bth Single-Family residence on .45 acres (one of the bigger lots). My company finds deals like this and passes them off to rehabbers such as yourself.
