April 2015 Rent Report - How's the rental market in your city? Find out here!
During the month of April 2015, rents experienced an average increase of 1.23% for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom rentals while 1 and 5 bedrooms remained flat. The past 12 months moving median saw an average increase of 10.07% across the board.
