Hi there,

Looking for a few quick cash- buying- rehabbers to feed my wholesale deals.  Preferably individuals that have the ability to close within 5 days and tell if it's a "hero" on current pictures before even surveying the property.  Would love to make some great connections and do some deals.  Let me know if this is you....
