I am looking for partners on short-term flips

We currently run a successful/active Direct Mail Campaign.

Our website is: SellStlHouses.com

We have been moving most of our deals off market. However we want to transition from double closing into actually listing on MLS. We are missing a large section of the market and want to capitalize. This relationship will benefit both of us. We close on properties, list them, and sell. We have access to around 90k in private funds but are looking to do more. Our average deal total cash in is 70k or less. We truly get deals for 65-70% of the ARV- repairs so we have no issues moving them.

We are averaging 1 deal a month and want to ramp that up. Our average turn around from under contract, finding a buyer, and cashing out is typically 30 days or less. The only times that number has been 30-45 days is a back up at the title company of 7-10 days.

I'm not a new member on here with 7 posts. I will provide references if need be.

We are also looking for a partner on long-term multifamily deals.

Feel free to reach out to Dan Mccluskey and Jerry Puckett on BP for references.

This post is an open ended offer to work with R and R Homes. If you stumble across this 6 months from now feel free to reach out.

In the meantime feel free to follow myself and my business partner @Ryan Billingsley to keep in touch.
