Found 4 duplexes and would like to know about the area they are in and ect.  Would appreciate your opinion. Possible partnership if they need fixing. Do not know yet. More interested in location now.

App location is     :North Sherman Drive and East Michigan  street.

Not a very good pocket there. Further west or east is ok, that's the roughest area of the near east side.
