4059 N Sheridan Rd Ground unit deal must go

I'm new so I don't know how to word this add, however I have a property that I need to either wholesale or partner up on, it's on 4059 N Sheridan Rd it's a ground unit, asking 75K, needs 25K in renovations (closing costs included) and should sell for 130 to 140K.

I've looked and I believe this is the area to post adds of this sort, however if it is not, point me in the right direction.  Thanks, and anyone who's interested, I'd love to show the property, and send the required info.
