INVESTOR FRIENDLY BANKS IN ALBUQUERQUE NEW MEXICO
Hey guys,
My husband and I paid cash for two foreclosed properties in Rio Rancho NM.
We rehabbed them both and have them on the rental market with a property management firm.
We would like to get them refinanced in order to recoup some of our cash investment and proceed with other purchases. We have only owned them for a couple of months. Does anyone know of a bank or financial institution that would help us cash out? Preferably in the Albuquerque area?
