LOOKING for a SFR in Los Angeles County or Inland Empire

Alright, I'm also now open to SFR offers, so if anyone has any off-market deals, or has come across a great deal on a Single Family home in the Los Angeles or Inland Empire region, please send them my way.

This will be for a buy + hold property and will be rented out. Budget is currently < $340k but open to making adjustments to my budget as needed.
