I am looking for one serious cash rich investor to start buying single family homes and or 2,3,4 plexes to build rental income. I am looking for someone that is willing to start making offers on potential properties.

I am not looking for someone who tells me to bring them a good deal, when you have one. A good deal needs to be created and will not be presented on a platter.
