This post is for anyone interested in selling or buying real estate in the Greater Los Angeles area. I am a Keller Williams agent and my team and I regularly come across off-market deals (also known as pocket listings) when seller insists on not having their property on the MLS. I have a pocket listing coming up in two weeks and my goal is to provide excellent service for my client and get the house sold as quickly as possible.
