hello,
if anyone knows of any good property rehab candidates in Florida particularly
Melbourne area (beach side) please let me know.... Me and a partner are looking to do our own. complete rehab and flip or keep as rental depending on location...My buddy owns a company in this area and we just completed our second beach side remodel from 2004 hurricane season.. Complete gutting--roof, dry-wall, floor boards, reconfigured floor plan, and completely updated. Only sub-contracted the mudding, texturing, AC units only, and roof... Could have done the mudding and texturing but why kill yourself?

point is these were homes for customers... we are looking for our own to start... thanks for any good tips..

best
ryan
